Hydraulic Star-shaped U-ring MPS Combination U + S Seal is a
precision sealing component developed specifically for
high-pressure hydraulic systems. It innovatively integrates the
bidirectional sealing capability of the U-shaped seal structure
with the elastic compensation advantages of the star-shaped S-ring,
forming a core design of 'dual sealing + elastic self-adaptation'.
The product is made from imported high-quality elastomeric
materials through precise molding and secondary vulcanization
processes. It can maintain excellent sealing performance under
extreme pressure, temperature fluctuations, and complex medium
environments. It effectively solves industry pain points such as
easy wear, leakage, and short service life of traditional sealing
components, providing stable and long-lasting sealing protection
for hydraulic equipment.

Core Structure and Technical Advantages
Dual-structure compound design, doubled sealing performance
- U-shaped main seal layer: Adopting an optimized lip angle design,
the lip automatically adheres to the sealing surface under
pressure, forming a bidirectional sealing barrier that can
withstand up to 40MPa working pressure, effectively blocking
leakage of media such as hydraulic oil and emulsions;
- S-shaped star elastic ring: Embedded inside the U-shaped structure,
it provides continuous elastic compensating force, automatically
adapting to minor deformations and wear of the sealing surface,
eliminating gap leakage risks. At the same time, it reduces the
friction coefficient between the seal and the contact surface,
lowering power loss.
Selection of high-end materials for complex working conditions
- The main material can be composed of PU + NBR, which has
wear-resistant and high-pressure resistant properties.
- The material has excellent tear resistance (≥15kN/m), compression
set resistance (≤20%), and temperature resistance range
(-30℃~120℃), capable of withstanding the harsh working conditions
of hydraulic systems.
Precision manufacturing process with stable and reliable quality
- Formed using CNC precision molds, dimensional tolerance is
controlled within ±0.02mm, ensuring perfect fit with the seal
groove;
- After 24-hour high-temperature aging test, 100,000-cycle pressure
test, and medium immersion test, the product pass rate reaches
99.8%, and the service life is 3~5 times longer than that of
traditional seals.
